easy & free returns within 15 days

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re happy to help! We offer free, no-hassle returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method for free.

Please note the following exceptions to this return and exchange policy:

  • Some individual products are excluded from this policy. This is noted in the product description.
  • Sale-priced and clearance item sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • No refunds/exchanges will be granted for custom items, but we will work closely during the ordering process to make sure you’re happy with your final product
  • Returned items must be unwashed and have no signs of wear or use (including but not limited to: marks, stains, tears, and odors)

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Simply fill out this form or email customerservice@cabin4gear.com with details of the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  2. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  3. Send all items back to Cabin No. 4 using the label provided
  4. Once the items are received, you will receive your refund to the original payment method or we will ship out your replacement item.

Shipping

eco-friendly packaging

Your product will be shipped in minimal, eco-friendly packaging. The poly mailers we use for t-shirts are 100% recycled and 100% recyclable. Even the shipping labels are recycling-friendly and they’re zero-waste: the release liner (the backing we peel the label off of) is 100% recycled and recyclable.

ship to US and Canada

United States: Choose free shipping (USPS Ground) if you aren’t in a hurry. For a flat rate of $6, you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail. Your order will ship from Mankato, Minnesota.

Canada: For a flat rate of $15, your order will be shipped USPS Ground. Your order will ship from Mankato, Minnesota.
